Barcelona is the ideal all round destination with sand, sea and sunshine on the doorstep of a city rich in culture and tradition. Over recent years the number of visitors to the city has risen significantly. However, despite this hotel performance has been struggling. The National Statistics Institute, or INE’s quarterly survey on labor costs (ETCL) measures the quarterly development of labor costs facing companies and the gross salaries which employees have to live on.
The survey’s data is taken from questionnaires completed by sample of 19,500 establishments with workforces of over 500 throughout Spanish territory. Read more
