Agencia de Salud Pública issue findings on anti-smoking law in Barcelona bars
30% of all bars measuring less than 100 square metres in Barcelona have decided to prevent customers from smoking in their establishments, according to a report made public yesterday by Barcelona’s Agencia de Salud Pública.
LluÃs Guix, head of the Agencia de Salud Pública, stated that the data indicated that the law on tobacco - which came in to force six months ago - ‘is accepted and mostly followed.’
The public health agency also stated that it had received a total of 80 complaints relating to the law being broken.

I’ve seen a report in the Murcian 20 minutes today which says that civil servants here in Murcia are completely flouting the smoking and smoking break laws. They will be a tough nut to crack.
