I am the freehold owner of this large Bar Restaurant Hotel for the last 6 years.
I rented the bar for 4 years then ran it myself for one year then my wife (who is
only38) then she had a stroke and we could not manage.
When we were running the bar in 2007/08 we were taking up to 35,000 euro per month
declared, books to proove, the further income from the hotel of approx 1000 per month and then the pool table  and cigerette machine was an extra 800 per month. 
We are now looking for new tenants to take over, we require one years
rent up front of  40,000 euro
to sign a one year rental contract at 3000 euro per month. 
We require that the new tenants put electric water and phone bills into their name. We
require a stock check to begin and for new tenants to pay for remaining stock.
This is a straight forward rental deal
This is not a `TRASPASO` where at the end of the contract it is down to you to resell the
bar. (The bar returns to me after inventory) Can be rented out for the next years too. But
only as rent up front or deposit then a monthly rental.
I as owner will give every piece of help advice that I can to make the business a sucess as it is in my 
interest for the business to do well and hopefully the tennants will be able to afford to
purchase the whole place.
